Account Access & Credentials

🔑 Login CredentialsYou provide your account login details privately to your assigned pilot. This information is never shared with anyone else and is deleted once the service is complete.
🛡️ Account SecurityWe strongly recommend changing your password after the service ends. Enable two-factor authentication for added security once your pilot has finished.
📵 No Concurrent AccessDo not log into your account while your pilot is active. Simultaneous logins can cause detection flags or disrupt ongoing operations.
📧 Linked AccountsIf your account is linked to Google Play or App Store, let us know in advance so your pilot can connect via the right method.

Communication & Coordination

💬 Stay ReachableRemain available on Discord during the active service. Your pilot may need quick decisions from you — troop movements, alliance actions, gem spending — and delays can impact results.
📋 Brief Your PilotBefore the service starts, clearly communicate your goals, limits, and any restrictions. The more context your pilot has, the better they can perform.
⚠️ Alliance RelationsInform your pilot of any active wars, NAPs, or alliances your kingdom is involved in. Acting against these due to missing information is your responsibility.
🌐 LanguageAll coordination happens in English or Russian. Please ensure basic communication is possible before booking.

Resources & In-Game Actions

💎 Gem & Resource SpendingYour pilot will not spend gems or rare resources without your explicit prior approval, unless you have pre-authorized a specific budget for the service.
⚔️ High-Risk ActionsAttacking strong opponents, using rare speed-ups, or committing large armies will always be confirmed with you first — unless prior authorization was granted.
🏰 Account ConditionEnsure your account is in a reasonable state before the service begins — troops healed, queues ready, shield up if needed. A poorly prepared account limits what your pilot can achieve.

Conduct & Respect

🤝 Mutual RespectSHI HQ pilots are professionals. We expect clients to communicate respectfully. Harassment or bad-faith behaviour will result in immediate service cancellation without refund.
🚫 No ChargebacksDisputing a payment after a service has been successfully delivered is considered fraud. We keep detailed logs of all completed work and will contest any unjustified chargebacks.
📸 Disputes & EvidenceIf you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, contact us immediately with evidence. We take every complaint seriously and will investigate fairly.

Confidentiality & Privacy

🔒 Your Data Stays PrivateWe never sell, share, or store your account credentials beyond the active service period. All sensitive information is handled within a closed, private channel between you and your pilot only.
🎭 Identity DiscretionYour pilot will behave naturally in-game and will not reveal they are piloting your account to other players, alliance members, or in public chats.
📢 No Public DisclosureWe will never publicly reference your account, kingdom, or results as a testimonial or promotion without your explicit permission.

Cancellations & Service Issues

⏱️ Cancellation Before StartIf you cancel before your pilot has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us as early as possible to free the time slot.
🔄 Service InterruptionIf a service must be interrupted mid-way due to reasons on our side, you will receive a partial or full refund proportional to work not completed.
🌩️ Force Majeure & Game IssuesResults may be affected by server outages, game bugs, or unexpected in-game events outside our control. We will always communicate transparently if anything disrupts the service.
